instax photo line diy

Hello everyone! 

This has got to be one of my favourite posts to write and create to show you all. as you may have noticed from my billions of photos involving my instax mini 8 and instax SHARE, I obviously have a bit of an obsession with my much loved pocket-sized prints. here is a diy which is so so so easy to make and it makes your room or wherever you decide to place it look so much more homely (if that even makes sense) so here we go...

you will need //

1 // many instax mini prints 

(if you have a matching colour palette of prints get those out as they will compliment each other)

2 // a good amount of blu-tack

3 // a pine rod, cut to your size preference

(I got mine from Mitre 10 and on the receipt this is what it says: "MLD RAD SD12X12 D4S CLR UT 1.8M" if that is helpful at all)

place lots of blu tack along your rod in different sizes. put a lot in the middle as this is where it will be the least stable

place your rod somewhere along your wall where you would like your display to be (i put mine above my desk)

3 //

once you have firmly stuck your rod onto your chosen place, start placing your instax prints along it like so... 

until you end up with this...

(do you see how well the colours go?! i'm in love...)

you're done! now take a few photos to put on instagram and admire your new wall decor!
